An extended awning can detach, becoming a road hazard and increasing the risk of a crash.

What was recalled

Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2025 - 2026 Interstate motorhomes. The Parametric Special Module (PSM) may fail to lock the controls, allowing the awning to be extended during transit.

What to do

Dealers will correct the PSM pinning assignment, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 31, 2025. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-6111 ext. 7401 or 7411.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
