What was recalled

WASHINGTON, May 11, 2016 Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., with establishments in Fort Worth, Texas; Los Angeles, Calif.; Carthage, Mo.; and Portland, Ore., is recalling approximately 47,112,256 pounds of not-ready-to-eat meat and poultry products that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes , the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The heat-treated, not fully cooked, not shelf stable meat and poultry items were produced on various dates between May 1, 2014 and May 1, 2016.
