What was recalled

Altec Industries Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2016-2019 LR7 Series Aerial Devices. The aerial device can be operated without the rear outriggers being deployed, which may cause the unit to be unstable.

What to do

Altec will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicles and correct them to require the proper outrigger operation, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began July 25, 2019.
