Overheating of the defrost actuator increases the risk of a fire.

What was recalled

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 Xpeditor vehicles manufactured November 18, 2014, to July 6, 2015. The affected vehicles are equipped with heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units whose defrost mode door actuators may overheat.

What to do

Autocar will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional harness with four, one amp fuses to the circuit, free of charge. The recall began on September 3, 2015.
