What was recalled

Bluecar SAS (Bluecar) is recalling certain 2016 Bluecar vehicles manufactured April 24, 2015, to April 19, 2016. In heavy rain or snow, water may leak into the high voltage connector between the battery and the engine possibly resulting in the engine shutting down.

What to do

Bluecar has already notified owners, and technicians have applied grease on both ends of the connector, free of charge. The recall has already been completed. Owners may contact Bluecar customer service at 1-972 757-7251.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
