WASHINGTON, Oct. 19, 2018 Buddys Kitchen, Inc., a Burnsville, Minn. establishment, is recalling approximately 212,746 pounds of ready-to-eat pork and chicken products that contain vegetables that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes , the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The ready-to-eat pork and chicken items were produced on various dates from Oct. 19, 2017 through Oct. 9, 2018.
