What was recalled

BYD Coach & Bus (BYD) is recalling certain 2019-2023 BYD RIDE C10M, K7M, K8M, K9M, K9S, K9MD, and K11M transit buses. The rearview mirror control switch module may have been manufactured with an incorrect fuse.

What to do

BYD will replace the fuse in the mirror control switch module with a 1-AMP fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 10, 2024. Owners may contact BYD customer service at 1-661-940-3250.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
