Why it was recalled
A complaint received from a customer that a case of Creamy Ranch with Garlic was mislabeled as Horseradish Sauce. The ranch dressing contains the major food allergen of milk which is not declared on the label for the horseradish sauce.
Class I is the FDA’s most serious recall level: there is a reasonable probability that using this product will cause serious harm or death.
