Lack of lubrication may result in a wheel separating from the front axle spindle, increasing the risk of crash.

What was recalled

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2020 International HV Severe Service Diesel Trucks. The steer axle hubs may be insufficiently lubricated or not lubricated at all, which may result in wheel bearing damage.

What to do

Navistar has notified owners, and dealers will inspect the steer axle wheel hubs for the proper fluid level and repair any damaged components, free of charge. The recall began June 14, 2019.
