What was recalled
Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain model year 2017 King Aire motorhomes manufactured January 22, 2016, to October 4, 2016. The affected vehicles are equipped with WABCO OnGuard collision mitigation radar which may have been mounted upside down on the front lower bumper, resulting in decreased performance.
What to do
Newmar will notify owners, and dealers will check the orientation of the OnGuard radar and, if necessary, correct the orientation, free of charge. The recall began on December 14, 2016. Owners may contact Newmar customer service at 1-800-731-8300.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
