WASHINGTON, March 9, 2017 Picone Meat Specialties, LTD., a Mamaroneck, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 5,750 pounds of salami products due to misbranding and undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain non-fat dry milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
