Why it was recalled

During an inspection by NCDA, the firm was notified that the label fails to declare the allergen soy as an ingredient. The firm was also notified that the label does not list any sub ingredients or the allergen soy in the contains statement.

Class I is the FDA’s most serious recall level: there is a reasonable probability that using this product will cause serious harm or death.
