The bagel bulk product label read: GARLIC BAGEL: Bread Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Vitamin C, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Felic Acid), Garlic, Water, Salt Yeast, Brown Sugar.
