The bagel bulk product label read: PESTO BAGEL: Bread Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Vitamin C, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Felic Acid), Pesto (Basil, Canola Oil, Water, Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized part-skim cows' milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes) Water, Salt Yeast, Brown Sugar.
