The bagel bulk product label read: SESAME SEED BAGEL: Bread Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Vitamin C, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Felic Acid), Sesame Seed, Water, Salt Yeast, Brown Sugar.
