All cans and pouches of Skipanon Brand seafood, including smoked tuna products are being recalled due to lack of documentation and possible under-processed product. Under-processed seafood could lead to contamination with Clostridium botulinum.

Label reads in part "***SKIPANON BRAND SEAFOOD SMOKED ALBACORE TUNA***INGREDIENTS: Albacore Tuna, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Natural Hardwood Smoke. NET WT. 5.5 OZ. (156g) ***" UPC: 58071 00116 Can code beginning with OCKH. Label background is yellow with a blue strip on the bottom and multiple colored ink lettering. Smoked Albacore Tuna contains brown sugar, salt, and is smoked with hardwoods and distributed as brites in 5.5oz cans. Can code beginning with OCKH.
