Why it was recalled
Peppered flavor of Native Catch Salmon Bacon product is recalled because it has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. The potential for contamination was noted after a routine Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) inspection discovered that the product had potentially been under processed.
