WASHINGTON, May 5, 2016 The Grey Plume Provisions, LLC, an Omaha, Neb. establishment, is recalling approximately 471 pounds of charcuterie meat products that were produced, packaged, and distributed without the benefit of federal inspection, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The salami, soppressata, pepperoni, and chorizo items were packaged on multiple dates between Aug. 4, 2015 and Feb. 11, 2016.
