Why it was recalled

A reduction in the braking performance can lengthen the distance needed to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

What was recalled

TSE Brakes is recalling certain Air Brake Actuators, part numbers 3030TVW3UL-4201, 3030TLW3OE-4071, 3030TL2-3769 and 20SCLW2. The washers used for mounting the actuators may fracture, allowing the actuators to loosen, potentially reducing the braking ability.

What to do

TSE Brakes will notify owners, and dealers will replace the flat mounting washer, free of charge. The recall began January 7, 2019. Owners may contact TSE Brake customer service at 1-256-736-6275.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
