Why it was recalled

The product is a dietary supplement containing iron, which must be in child resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a poisoning risk if the contents are swallowed by young children.

What was recalled

This recall involves bottles of LifeSeasons Blood Nourish-R dietary supplement with iron. The brown, 60-capsule count bottles, have a white and red label, with the LifeSeasons logo printed on the front and the UPC code 853760002452 on the back.
