What was recalled

VinFast Auto, LLC (VinFast) is recalling certain 2023-2025 VF8 vehicles. The Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) may activate during wide turns, causing unexpected steering wheel movements that are difficult for the driver to override.

What to do

VinFast will update the ADAS software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 27, 2025. Owners may contact VinFast customer service at 1-833-503-0600.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
